Company Policies and Procedures

At Beautti Slim, we pride ourselves in ensuring the best care for our clients. We have designed a set of policies and procedures listed below to ensure you enjoy a truly enjoyable visit with us.

Appointment Booking

Please Call/SMS our outlets or book your appointment(s) via the e-booking system available on our website ( Due to high demand, especially during the peak period(s), we recommend booking your appointment at least two weeks in advance in order to avoid disappointment. All walk-ins are subjected to availability.


Because appointments are in high demand, if for any reason you must cancel or change your appointment, it is important that you give our outlets at least 24 hours’ notice to offer that appointment slot to someone else. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be rescheduled as the treatment room and therapist is generally booked after your session. Alternatively, should you wish to proceed with your appointment, we seek your understanding that it shall end at the same time as scheduled.

We strive to serve every customer as close to their appointment time as possible and fully utilize your allocated timeslot to provide you with the best quality service possible. When you are late, it decreases our ability to accomplish this.

After a treatment, it is customary to vacate the room within five to ten minutes. Do note that we have a vanity corner for your touch up needs and you are also welcome to spend additional time unwinding in our relaxation lounge.


All package(s)/course(s) signed up for by customers are valid for a period of Twenty Four (24) months from the date of purchase and the last treatment of the said package(s)/course(s) must be consumed before the expiry of Twenty Four (24) months from the date of purchase. Please note that all package(s), trial treatment(s), course(s), product(s) and gift or treatment voucher(s) sold are strictly not refundable.

Gift Certificates

Gift vouchers for selected treatments, package or products may be purchased at the front desk or online with credit card. Customization of Gift vouchers are subjected to availability.

Salon Etiquette

Inappropriate and rude behaviour does not belong at Beautti Slim. The team at Beautti Slim are dedicated professionals who reserve the right to terminate treatments and services if clients are excessively intoxicated or makes inappropriate comments, suggestions or advances to any member of the team.

Company Policies and Procedures

Some treatments are not recommended for guests who have certain conditions. For your safety we require a doctor’s clearance before beginning treatment, particularly in the face of the following conditions:
• Cancer
• Cardiovascular conditions, including high or low blood pressure
• Swollen or painful lymph nodes
• Undiagnosed skin rash or thrombosis
• New injury of any kind
• Open sores
• Arthritis (osteo- or rheumatoid)
• Diabetes, particularly if the client is experiencing foot problems
• Blood Disorder and Disease

Lost Property

Please ensure that you have retrieved all your personal belongings before leaving the premises as Beautti Slim will not be held responsible for any lost items.


Beautti Slim is a GST – Registered company and all prices displayed on this page are in SGD (Singapore Dollars).
